Terms of service

Eight short sections. The headline: we only provide data, not investment advice.

1. What the service is
  • This service provides data interfaces for the A-share market (quotes, financials, money flow, top-trader boards, sectors, macro, convertible bonds, screening and more).
  • The data comes from public market channels. What we do is keep those sources stable behind one interface. We do not give investment advice, manage assets, or trade on your behalf.
  • Interfaces are billed per call. A purchase is used within its quota and does not expire with time.
2. Not investment advice
  • This service only provides data. It is not investment advice of any kind. Whether and how to trade is your own decision, and your own responsibility.
  • We promise no returns and are not responsible for your trading results.
  • Past data does not indicate future performance. Data may be delayed, missing or wrong — verify it yourself before relying on it.
3. Key usage and anti-resale
  • Each key has a daily call quota, a per-minute rate limit, and a daily cap on distinct IPs.
  • The IP cap exists to stop one key being shared by many people (resale). Normal use (switching networks, dynamic IPs) rarely trips it.
  • If you are blocked by mistake (travelling, for example), contact us and we will reset it.
  • If we detect resale behaviour (one key used from a large number of different IPs), we may suspend that key without refund.
4. Availability
  • We work hard to keep the service available (70 sources back each other up; if one is unavailable the next takes over).
  • But we do not promise an SLA (99.9% and the like). Upstream sources can change, rate-limit or shut down — an inherent risk in this industry.
  • The real status is on the Service status page. If it stays unavailable, we can refund the unused quota or top it up by agreement.
5. Refunds
  • Virtual goods are non-refundable once delivered.
  • But we make it work: if you cannot get it running, we debug it with you until it does. If it truly cannot be solved, we swap the key or settle on the unused quota.
6. Data usage limits
  • Do not use this service for anything unlawful.
  • Do not resell the raw interface data as-is (analysing it inside your own app or research is fine).
  • Do not scrape at scale and provide the resulting database to third parties.
7. Privacy
  • We do not collect personal information and do not require real-name registration.
  • We log key usage (call count, endpoint, IP) for billing and anti-resale purposes.
  • We do not sell or share those records with third parties.
8. Changes
  • These terms may be updated; significant changes are announced in the changelog.
  • Continuing to use the service means you accept the updated terms.
